SPACE COAST DANCE CLUB

Space Coast Dance Club is located in Melbourne, Florida, with members from cities and towns throughout Central Florida. We are only 60 miles from Orlando and a short distance from Kennedy Space Center and the beaches. Space Coast Dance Club, Inc. (SCDC) is organized and operates as a nonprofit social and educational organization under the Nonprofit Corporation Act for the purpose of preserving, studying, teaching and promoting public interest in all forms of social dancing. Members and others are updated periodically by email.The Club offers a variety of music to support West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Night Club 2, Cha Cha, Country dances and more. SCDC is happy to welcome Ryan Pflumm to the SCDC for a fun evening - a WCS workshop and social dancing!

Ryan is known for his gregarious energy, natural leadership, and unforgettable bear hugs (IYKYK!). Though he found dance later in life, Ryan has quickly made his mark in the West Coast Swing community through his passion for learning, teaching, and competing. He brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to the dance, driven by a deep desire to fully understand and share its nuances.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, Ryan’s welcoming personality and clear, insightful instruction make him a favorite among students and friends alike. As his friend Alaina says, “He’s never met a stranger and pours his heart into helping others grow.”
